Volunteer + Intern

VOLUNTEER IN AUSTRALIA

Volunteering is a wonderful way to get involved with charities who are always in need of extra help with day-to-day tasks. Sunrise Cambodia’s volunteers are truly valued for their enthusiasm in “doing their bit” to support our cause. We couldn’t imagine a Sunrise without them!

Sunrise Cambodia are always looking for reliable and regular volunteers to lend time and their skills to help our cause. If you would like to volunteer with Sunrise Cambodia at our Sydney office, we would love to hear from you! If you are over 18 years old and can offer your time to help with general office tasks, including database preening, donor relations, research, writing, events and administration, please get in touch. Please fill out the form at the end of this page and we will contact you shortly.

INTERN IN AUSTRALIA

Sunrise Cambodia offers a professional Internship Program, which gives our interns the opportunity to learn skills that enhance their professional profile. You will work closely alongside the CEO and the Sunrise Cambodia Team, and gain insights into the communications, donor relations and fundraising operations involved in our cause.

The Sunrise Cambodia Internship Program typically runs for four weeks, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm from our Sydney headquarters based in Clovelly. It is an unpaid role and candidates must cover their own travel expenses.

Our Internship Program is suitable university students looking for work experience that complement their studies, professionals and those who are thinking of getting back into the workforce and wanting to learn more about the not-for-profit space.

To be considered for the Sunrise Cambodia Internship Program, please complete the form at the end of this page.

Please note that all interns are required to have a valid Working With Children Check and Police Check prior to commencement.
